Ordering
We do our best to maintain stock levels that allow us to fill & ship orders promptly. Our goal is to have the order processed and on its way to you in 5-7 business days. Sometimes, there will be a slight unavoidable delay in orders being shipped. If something isn't available to be shipped within 10 days, we will contact you and give you the option of placing the item on backorder or receiving a refund.
Shipping
We offer free media mail shipping on all orders of $95.00 or more, inside the 50 United States. Orders under $95.00 will have a $7.00 shipping fee applied to them. Shipping charges outside the United States will be based on current rates of the shipping companies that we use. Returns
Solid Rock accepts returns for 30 days after the shipping date under the following conditions:
-Items shipped within the last 30 days
-A copy of the receipt is included with the return
-Materials are in new resalable condition
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items with writing, stains, tears, or other defects that prevents the item from being sold as new.
We do our best to check items against defects before shipping. However in the event that you receive a defective item from us, we will replace it at no additional cost.
